The TL4 is Renault’s six-speed manual. In the manufacturer’s parts catalogue it sits behind the 1.5 dCi (K9K) in the Mégane II and III and the matching Scénic generations. The same cars were also built with the five-speed JR5 and the DP0 automatic, so the engine code alone does not tell you which gearbox a car has.
