PSA’s BE-series gearboxes are five- and six-speed manuals used across practically the entire Peugeot and Citroën range, from the 1.4 HDI to the 2.0 HDI. They are usually identified by a code stamped on the casing, such as 20DM or 20DP, rather than by the BE designation alone.
